MIMARU is a blend of “Minna” (みんな), meaning “everyone,” and “Tomaru” (とまる), meaning “to stay.” True to its name, MIMARU has apartment-hotel properties for 4 or more people where everyone can stay together.

At MIMARU, guests can enjoy spacious rooms from 35-98 sqm that can comfortably accommodate larger groups (at least 4 pax).

Family Focus, Beyond Stays

MIMARU also offers luggage forwarding services through a third-party vendor. Guests staying at MIMARU properties can drop off their luggage in the morning and receive it at their next destination by the same evening.

Nearly 90% of MIMARU's guests are families with children; hence, MIMARU hopes that with this luggage service, travelers will find it easier to get around from one city to another.

How It Works
- Reserve online by 11:00 p.m. the day before
- Drop off luggage at MIMARU front desks or designated airports in the morning
- Receive items at the destination the same evening
- Track delivery via email updates with photo confirmation

- Between Tokyo and Osaka/Kyoto: JPY 5,000
- Within Tokyo: JPY 2,600
- Within Osaka/Kyoto: JPY 2,300

Amenities available include:

• Laundry: Selected properties feature a washer/dryer right in the apartment (or communal laundry rooms).

• Essential Loan Items: Borrow rice cookers, baby chairs, children’s tableware, and cribs for free (first-come, first-served).

Pokémon are placed thematically throughout the room. You might find 100 Pokémon all around, even in the bathroom and kitchen.
