How far in advance should I start planning?
For most destinations, we recommend starting 3–6 months ahead. For peak season travel (Japan's cherry blossom, Kenya's Great Migration, Bhutan during festivals), ideally 8–12 months. Last-minute bookings are possible for some destinations — ask us.
Do you organise tours for solo travellers?
Absolutely. Many of our itineraries are perfect for solo travellers, and we can place you on small group tours where you'll meet like-minded adventurers. Solo supplements vary by destination and accommodation type — we'll be transparent about these upfront.
What's the difference between your tours and Europamundo tours?
Our bespoke tours (Africa, Asia, Middle East) are privately crafted journeys tailored exactly to you. Europamundo tours are pre-designed group circuits across Europe and select global destinations — structured, value-driven, and great for social travellers who enjoy meeting fellow adventurers.
Do prices include flights?
Our quoted prices are typically land-only (accommodation, guided tours, some meals, transport within the destination). We can arrange flights and provide comprehensive packages — just let us know your departure city and we'll build a full quote.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
Life is unpredictable — we get that. Our cancellation terms are clearly explained before you commit to anything. We always recommend travel insurance, and we can help you find coverage that suits your trip. Where possible, we'll work with you to reschedule rather than cancel.
